The other thing to consider when evaluating the current Pre-Fab movement is that among the name-brand designers (MKD, Marmol-Radzinger, Modular Dwellings, Empyrean, etc.) not one of them has ever sold a &quot;stock&quot; house. Ever. Everyone who can afford these things, customizes them.
