I am very grateful to Continuum and all our other creative partners for their invaluable help in planning, developing and implementing this exciting and innovative new concept store for Sprint. As Tom notes, many other experience stores feel like something out Disney’s original Tomorrow Land: fun and fascinating, but more “some day…” then “today”.

Sprint’s position of: “The advanced technology to get what you want right now”, speaks to customers’ desire engage in life and get real time benefits and value of wireless technology. Our new concept store demonstrates the breadth of Sprint products and services in new and engaging ways.

One of the new in-store media tools we developed to deliver on our brand promise is the Sprint digital table. I recently joined our key partner on this project, TacTable, Cambridge MA, at the Ogilvy Verge Conference in New York where we presented a demonstration of the table to leading journalists, marketers, and technologists, in digital media. The response from most people we spoke to (who have “seen it all”), were quite stunned by the innovation of this new interactive retail tool. There’s a brief video shot at the Verge Conference showing the Sprint digital table now on You Tube. Thanks to the wicked-smart team at TacTable for their great work! -- Mark
